Trevor started his US Air Force journey in San Jose, California in 1997. He has lived and worked around the world including the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has served in many joint environments in both special operations and conventional units. In March 2022, Trevor concluded his uniformed service by retirement in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
After retirement from the USAF in 2022, Trevor became a speaker, author, mentor, CEO of Military Might Publishing, and CEO of Summit Advanced Program Consulting. He is a certified Servant Leader by the Greenleaf Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) by the Project Management Institute. He is also an Adelante Leadership Institute Fellow.
He currently serves as the Deputy Director for the El Paso County Salvation Army Advisory Board, and as a member of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Project Management Institute, the Colorado Springs Rotary, the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Council, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a Hiring Our Heroes and Onward to Opportunity mentor for transitioning service members.
